Fire Within is proud to watch our attendees become graduates and move into the exciting world of mobile wood-fired cooking!
Over the course of three days, 20 attendees traveled to Denver, Colorado to become the latest group of entrepreneurs into the mobile wood-fired world. Practicing social-distancing and COVID-19 regulations, our attendees were given the tools needed to make dough not only during the pandemic, but afterwards as well.
Our attendees came from all across the United States with the dreams of taking wood-fired cuisine skills back to their home towns to start a business. Understanding the need for great cooked food and how to navigate today’s landscape in a safe and profitable manner, they immersed themselves in all the subjects the Fire Within instructors had to offer: Business management, event planning, how to start and maintain a fire, how to create the perfect dough for pizza and more!
From classroom learning to hand-on cooking and prep, our attendees dove headfirst into the fire (not the real fire, that would be bad!) and cooked up a storm!
