We were honored to have them with us and we look forward to supporting them through all of their ventures in the future!

Our attendees spent three days learning learning hands-on how to prep food for a catering event, including making homemade mozzarella cheese!

Attendees also received ample time cooking on portable wood-fired ovens for hundreds of hungry guests!

Classroom learning is also a valuable tool, so students took time to review business plans, marketing strategies, logo design and the finer subtleties of starting your own business!

It’s a family affair at Wood Fired University as students learn teamwork, time and project management, and end the event by running their own catered event from start to finish.  We are extremely proud of this graduating class!
